Group rates at Kona Village include oceanfront dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily including our twice-weekly luau. Additionally, room rates include complimentary use of our well-equipped fitness center, tennis facilities, and selected beach activities such as snorkel gear and kayaks.

Kona Village is the only resort in Hawaii to offer inclusive meals (Full American Plan) in two oceanfront dining rooms, Hale Moana and Hale Samoa. Credits for all meals can be applied toward exclusive private catered events for groups. Award-winning Executive Chef Mark Tsuchiyama is recognized for weaving the flavors of the Pacific with French Polynesia for tantalizing results.

With the natural sandy beach of Kahuwai Bay, tranquil lagoons, and a centuries-old petroglyph field, Kona Village is an ideal setting. Two freshwater swimming pools, sailboats, kayaks, outrigger canoes, and some of the best snorkeling and diving create further diversion. Three lighted tennis courts, a Fitness Center, and Spa offering island inspired treatments add to a long list of activities.

- Hale Ho`okipa Home to our Wednesday and Friday evening luau, this space is configured on two levels; the upper level is 2,820 SF (47X60) and lower level is 1,464 SF (24X61).
- Hale Samoa This is an elegant beachfront dining room by night and features 1,315 SF (47X28) of interior space. It is available for private dinners of 80 persons on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and any time for daytime gatherings of up to 100 people, theatre-style. The Hale Samoa lawn provides an elegant outdoor dining venue that is perfect for watching the spectacular Kona sunsets.
- Kahua Lawn This manicured expanse (7,500 SF) is dominated by a two story cascading waterfall and lush perimeter landscaping. A permanent stage and private location make it ideal for theme parties of any kind, or Kona Village specialties such as a night of stargazing with world-renowned astronomer, Jon Lomberg.
- Kipukai Beach An intimate black sand beach that will accommodate up to 25 persons for exclusive banquets in an unforgettable setting. Enhance any event with the “talk story” of Aunty Lani or Aunty Lei, recounting legends of Kahuwai Bay and Old Hawaii.

At Kona Village, you are our treasured guests. Your small group is very important to us; you will not be lost in the midst of large groups and conventions. All negotiated rates at the Village are based on the specific dates and size of your group. Special rates are available for groups as small as 8 bungalows per night.
