Yoga Yoga at Kona Village is a dynamic class that provides opportunity for all levels to practice as well as enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Decreasing stress using breath and movements adds to a more relaxed and satisfying class. And our yoga practice encourages all guests to be mindful and aware of balance, stretching and lengthening of muscles, and creating a positive mind-body program.
