Yoga, Mind & Body Wellness Programs 

Yoga   Yoga at Kona Village is a dynamic class that provides opportunity for all levels to practice as well as enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Decreasing stress using breath and movements adds to a more relaxed and satisfying class. And our yoga practice encourages all guests to be mindful and aware of balance, stretching and lengthening of muscles, and creating a positive mind-body program. The yoga class helps create a greater sensitivity to foster body awareness and inner harmony. All levels are welcome. Yoga Class Schedule: Mondays and Wednesday 9:00 am

Pilates   Pilates emphasizes working with abdominal strength as well as overall body flexibility. This improves overall strength, muscular balance and core stability. All levels are welcome. Pilates Class Schedule: Mondays and Wednesday 10:00 am

Tai Chi   This ancient form of “moving meditation” captures our minds and bodies into a quiet and relaxed form of exercise. Balance, concentration and coordination are key elements we will practice. Learn to quiet the mind and move effortlessly. Tai Chi Class Schedule: Mondays and Wednesday 11:00 am

Specialty Fitness Classes

  • Zumba 8:00 am (Monday) 8:30 am (Friday)
  • Cardio Circuit 9:00 am (Monday)
  • Sports Stretch Yoga 9:30 am (Friday)
All classes: FEE $30.00 per person, no minimum required. Private sessions available by appointment $85.00/hr. Please book all fitness training and classes with the Concierge.

Cancellation Policy  Reservations for yoga, Pilates, tai chi and specialty fitness classes cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
